I was just writing in my diary about forcing myself to getting up earlier so that I can become a "daytime person".
Sure, I can complete tasks in morning/early afternoon, but I never feel my creative inspiration and energy until the evening.
Can I alter biorhythms that have been locked in place during my entire life, thus far?
Then, as I was eating breakfast, a honey bee tapped on my slider door to my deck. I know they come up to my top floor balcony to get water from my fountain, especially during the drought. but I googled the window tapping bee phenomenon for more information. This is from one of the pages I found:
