We bought a house!

Yayyyy! We are celebrating how wonderful this life is and thanking God we got a really cute house!

It's an adorable blue house.  Its seems just like it was yesterday that we were closing on our condo in San Francisco. Well technically it was just a couple months ago- in April.  I settled down very quickly and we obviously love it here. It's such a cute city on Lake Michigan.

I feel like an old pro at moving and setting up my support network wherever I go.  First and foremost is my husband and cat. obviously. and now we are closer to my family! I also set up my primary care physician (got my IBS diagnoses from him so thumbs up) and found a new obgyn to keep my pcos and fertility in check. and of course I already found my psychiatrist and therapist months ago.  It's so important to make that your first step when moving somewhere new, or starting a new job with new insurance. No one is going to call all of the phone numbers and look up your insurance network for you.  You have to do it yourself. and it's a pain and no one has spent more time and pain and cried more tears while calling around to find a doctor than me. Well maybe some people. But when it comes to my psychological care, I am proactive and steadfast.

It's true I do feel great here.  I forgot how much of a water baby I am and how much I've missed swimming.  How do I deal with the body confidence? Well, I guess I finally just stopped caring. It's like I'm old enough now to know it doesn't matter what others think of my body and young enough to enjoy that freedom! I have so many mix and match bikinis from the last five years that I've only used once or twice.  There's always swim trunks and bathing suits hanging up in our showers at our apartment. The complex here has a salt water pool and I forgot how much I loved salt water pools. I really miss the one in at the Madonna Inn.   There is also a super nice gym here that is open 24/7.  I'ts going to be a chore to add back to our lives what we won't have at the new house (pool & gym) but we are looking at getting an endless pool! So that's exciting. and a YMCA membership because they have 3 pools and it's super nice and brand new.

Summer time and the living is easy at Cherry Festival

In March, I took a week trip to Disney Fucking World with my Momma! I am a Disney fanatic.  I love the experience at both the LA and Florida parks.  I've been going since I was 7.  Yea I'm a fan.  If you have been to Disney World and have stayed long enough to do all of the parks more than once like we do, then you've experienced Disney Withdrawal. Nothing in the world can make me walk over 30,000 steps in  day more.  I love the music in all the parks. Especially Epcot which is my favorite park. I love Spaceship Earth and being able to go to all the countries around the world in one night.  I found an online radio station/app that plays all the different park sounds.  The atmospheres channel is the best one IMHO. (speaking of Disney music this is my drinking lemonade on a the front porch jam) Sorcerer Radio recently sent me a swag bag because I enjoy them so much.  You should check them out! (oh and it's fun to listen to this while stoned in the shower and pretend you're going to outter space)

EPCOT!

I am still fucking with youtube. I keep finding old videos of mine that I posted years ago and can't get access to.  Which is frustrating.  Anybody know anything that can help?

Thanks for reading and I hope you are all enjoying your summer! See you at Troutarama!
