hello all! Welcome back to my blog. To both of us! It's been a while for me. I threw this blog up last week. And honestly, I know it makes me sound sad or depressed. and I did feel short term sadness from that story I read. but I have been doing AMAZING you guys! Like so good! I'm in school- doing some pre-recs for grad school so I can be a therapist. As sadly, the family business is not for me... (here's some blog posts about that) (and here's our NMML instagram and facebook page as well) but I'm super excited about where I'm going and I'm proud of myself for continuing education. Especially in the mental health field. I'm essentially picking up where I left off 15 years ago (yikes). I'm working hard and playing hard. I have 3 dance classes a week. I'm doing Hiit classes and yoga and doing P90X (lol) with Eddie in the garage when he has time in between embalming. So yeah, I just wanted to share with you all how well things are going.
I am having some panic attack issues this week but these things happen. I just need to lay low. I get chronic ear infections and this time it perforated my ear drum. and my blood pressure is randomly high this week! when I've been taking SUCH good care of my heart! like??? Why?? So I have re-check for that next week.
Does anybody else get high blood pressure from stress or panic disorder? Please let me know! I have really bad health anxiety so having a high blood pressure reading at the doc's office really set me off.
