Welcome back to blogmas! Ugh, you guys, thank you SO MUCH for all of our support and well wishes after yesterdays blog post. I really was having a hard time writing about anything else! I couldn't see beyond the darkness! All THIS stress for a class is kinda crazy, but as I said yesterday, once I set a goal, I see it as though I have no choice. So for me, this is like do or die. After killing my legs at the gym last night, I got back online with the stats tutors and got some more clarification. Not enough to make things really click. But I'm hoping that with my next three tutor appointments, I'll have some more knowledge and explanation find their way into my noggin. I ate a bag of edamame for dinner and watched Paris Hilton's show after studying. The way I would lead her exact same life if I had that money. Except I'd also get my PhD on top of everything else she does.
I was talking with Eddie today on our walk about what I wanted to do on my school break over Christmas as a way to help me escape and see past next week. Firstly, I'm going to put on lots of make up looks, curl my hair, and put on the cutest little Santa outfits and take lots of pictures. I've been working on my body and I love to take pictures when I'm feeling good! I'm tired of feeling like a college student scrub! Also, I'm in a purging era of my life so I am going to get rid of a bunch of shit that no longer serves me. All of the crafting stuff I accrued when I still lived in California that I thought I would use now that I have more space. Surprise! I decided to go back to work then school instead of a stay-at-home crafter! There should be enough room in our second bedroom now for a queen size murphy bed and I am so excited to stop using air mattresses. Then, I'm going to take some guitar lessons with Eddie to work on our technique a little bit because I've always seen us a Johnny Cash and June Carter type of duo. I also feel like I should record some more episodes of my podcast with my friends!
