Blogmas day 10: Big City Christmas Dreams

Welcome back to blogmas my friends! I'm getting closer to the end of the semester you guys! I finished one class with a 95%, just took a final today (90 minutes long) and ended up with a 87% in that class! I feel like an A and a B could only be rounded out by a C lol so that's what I'm shooting for in stats. Despite REALLY not wanting to, I'm heading down state a day early tomorrow to sit my ass in the stats lab in hopes of some more knowledge making it's way into my head. Trying to get my professor to sit with me had been like putting teeth as well.

I find myself asking why certain things are such a STRUGGLE lately. Mostly trying to make plans with people or getting people to commit to things. I begin to wonder if there is something wrong with me! One thing that has gone really smoothly is making plans with my girlfriends to hang out in Detroit next weekend, I can't wait! I need this fun girl time to distract me from waiting for my final grades in stats. We're going to go into town and see all of the pretty lights and Christmas trees and go ice skating! It's like the big city Christmas dreams I've been watching on my holiday rom-coms all season! (check out my ultimate holiday movie rom-com extravaganza here, here, and here)

Are you going ice skating this season? Any trips to big cities to see the lights? How about exchanging gifts with friends?? I cannot wait to do all of this and so much more next weekend!

BTW Eddie made an amazing keto cake today and it completely hit the spot! It's sooo good! I can't believe it's been so easy to stick to this way of life! I mean, sometimes I feel left out when there's so much good food around but I just bring my own. Last night, I had 3 bites of regular cheese cake at the Christmas party and I felt completely full. I'm an everything in moderation girl at heart.

I'm going to keep today's blog short and sweet. I'll let you know how my day in the stats lab goes tomorrow. Please send me all of your good energy!
